Despite user’s metadata like users IP address, we store data that users provided by using features like sending us queries, especially user’s email addresses, phone number, name, address & image if provided. We only require email address, telephone number and name for actually processing, so we don’t recommend providing more PII unless that would be necessary for specific use case – we will ask for that when it is needed.

For users that decide to have an account on our portal, we require additional data like: full name, company name (optional), posting address, phone number and country. We need these data to be able to provide our services to you.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
